AVENUE 10 has reopened at the corner of 7th & Harrison streets in downtown Amarillo. The venue is nicer and larger and will soon combine an art gallery with the performance space.

Currently AVENUE 10 is presenting FAT PIG by Neil Labute. This is the first full production of 2010 in AVENUE 10's new downtown digs!

Neil Labute's cutting examination of love and love handles in modern American society is a clever comedy. A love story of epic proportions, it takes a look at what it means to love - and be loved - in an America that is quickly growing larger and larger.

For all those country music fans out there, you have a new place to hang out beginning Saturday, Dec 15th. Doc Holiday's officially opens Saturday night!!

Check out Lonesome Goat and Bo Sailing and the Brakes are All Gone Band live on stage!

It's in the former location of the Caravan and Avenue X at 3601 Olsen Blvd, just behind Coconutz. I've been inside the new place and they've done a lot of work. This looks to be a great new location for country music in Amarillo. They have a huge stage, two bars that have been enlarged, and lots of dance floor. So get down there Saturday night and show your support for great live country music in Amarillo, TX!!!
