This band was horrible at the Roadhouse! I don\'t think the singer sang a single correct note, the guitar player couldn\'t be heard and had no stage presence, and the drummer was far too loud and mad quite a few noticible mistakes. The only talented person in the band was Frankie, but he\'s ruining his reputation by being in such a talentless band. As a choir director, I know music, and Slipstream did not play music.

I\'ve always been impressed by Frank\'s talent. This band was fair, but it was obvious that Frank\'s talent was far too advanced for this college-kid garage band. If you want to hear a good group of kids, check out Swagger!

I kinda liked them. The singer wasn\'t the greatest and sang a lot of songs wrong, but I liked the songs they played.

They still sucked! I\'d rather have a dj than have to listen to them again! I don\'t know how anyone could be impressed with them!

These guys are not as bad some of these comments are saying. If you don\'t like them, then why the hell were you there. I don\'t think you were forced to stay and listen.

Their next gig was supposed to be at Liquidz, but the guy is going to cancel on them because he had too many people calling in and complaining about them playing there. Liquidz doesn\'t want to lose any business so they\'re canceling on them.

Is the Roadhouse 18 and up or 21 and up? cause I want to check you guys out and see just how bad you do suck, lol.

You could give the Roadhouse a call some evening and ask them. Could be the band hasn't been here to see the comments in a few days or so. Usually the Roadhouse is 21 & up but they could answer the question for you if they are letting minors in that night.

Are they still playing at the Roadhouse tonight? I want to check \'em out and see how good or bad they are.

Yeah, I didn\'t post that. I did hear them practice once, but I told Kevin that they needed their old singer back because Eric is hurting their band. Though I would not have a problem w/ the band failing considering he chose that band over his daughters that are on the way. Maybe they\'ve gotten better...for their sake i hope so. Oh y

Wow. Now you guys might have a chance of being good! Give the drummer a few lessons, and I just might be a fan.

Well here is the 411 on SlipStream. SlipStream is on longer in existance. Eric (vocals) and Mike (guitar) both quit for personal reasons. Now before all the mud gets slung, there are no harsh or bitter feelings. Everyone left on good terms, and we are definately bro\'s for life. That leaves the San Miguel tandum duo of Frank and Kevin. We are in works with some exciting new stuff, but to keep from blowing anything, I\'m not quite at liberty to dicuss yet, but I promise that you have not seen the last of us. Regarding the country gig, it is true that Frank has been an active member of Casey Berry and the Live Texas Mesquito\'s for some time now. That has no part to do with the success or failure of SlipStream just so everyone knows. To Casey Berry and the LTM\'s. Congrats on the new album, and good luck with all that is to be had from that. That is all on my front thank you very much all the Amarillo music scene faithful. You are the people we do this for, so that hopefully you all can share our passion for music.
