Due to a few comments about it and several emails, we have changed the layout of the comments. Previously they had the newest at the top, and new replies just added to the end. Now that is reversed, showing the newest at the bottom. Also, now when you reply to a specific comment, it will be added to that comment and indented or threaded, so it is shown as a reply to the specific comment and not just a new one at the bottom.
